When I decided that it was time to finally end my athletic career and move into personal training to help other athletes get their shot, I found that the local gyms just weren’t making the grade. So I founded my own gym with the singular goal of giving people the most intense, physically challenging workout they could ever get. With raw techniques and tried and true methods I built the most performance and results based gym in Tampa.

 
I was entirely fed up with the silly gimmicks and the false promises that many modern gyms are making. I decided that it was time to give people a new outlook on how to handle their fitness training and to show them how training can not only be challenging but it can be fun as well! I made it my personal goal to take clients and put them in the middle of the most intense and comprehensive workout of their lives to give them results that they never thought were possible.

   
 
Getting the most competitive results has never been easy and working out in a gym based around silly gimmicks and pointless new-age routines is only going to make it harder. Flashy machines with knobs and cranks may seem expensive and impressive at first glance but they don’t provide the same level of workout that the basic fundamentals of fitness do. Tried and true methods of challenging and comprehensive fitness continue to be the most difficult and most rewarding methods of physical training.
 
 
Our systems aren’t about throwing you on some mechanical monster to workout by yourself for hours on end. We’re not about putting you in the middle of some crowd doing a “workout-dance” or some silly new-age workout routine. Our policy is to take our clients, put them in a competitive, small-group setting and let them discover for themselves how physical training and competition can be the absolute best part about getting in shape.

Tate began training with Chandler at the end of his freshman season. He enjoyed moderate success on the JV team but did not get the opportunity to “stand out” with so many good players on the team. His intense training regimen included both private and group workouts and produced astonishing immediate results. He was able to reduce his body fat while adding 25 pounds of muscle and returned to the team ready for spring practice. He was immediately noticed as someone that could contribute to the Varsity program and was moved up with the “big boys”. While the Plant training program is fantastic and provides a good base for football skills, we found that supplementing the supervised school workouts with private and group sessions allowed Tate to stand out in a sea of very talented young men.
